I need a domain name because I don't have a static ip address. does any one know how to get a FREE .net address? mikesown Posted October 19, 2006 Share Posted October 19, 2006 What you want is a service like DynDNS or No-IP which keeps track of your IP. You can get either a subdomain(free) or a regular domain(cheap) from them. You just install a program on your computer and the (sub)domain will always point to your computer.
