Or you don't have DSDT installed to the correct place for Clover to load it (Clover does not read configuration from /Extra). If you want me to look, post your EFI/Clover folder. You should not use any Clover "Fixes" if you're using your own patched DSDT. If you already have a working patched DSDT, you don't want Clover messing with it.
