Emir7
Hi everyone, It's my first time with clover, I was using #####/##### before, but somehow it's not working anymore, so I switched to clover (v2.3k r3168), and I must say it's a bit complicated for me. I managed to install from a USB stick, install the EFI partition, and only lately I kind of got my graphic card working, but only half way I'm affraid. Besides I just don't know how to get my ethernet port and sound working (despite the kexts being already in S/L/E and in the EFI partition) By the way, just copying the kexts into S/L/E is enough? Or do I need some kext utility? and my graphic card is only providing 1920*1080 when I was expecting 4K, nvidia drivers are installed, but my monitor won't allow anything beyond 1080p (the cable is HDMI 2.0 so it should be ok) so basically, it's not working, and I really don't know what to do I read so many different things here and there, sometimes for older versions of OSX, so I would appreciate some help. In advance thank you E. Jithin Chandran
Hi everyone, It's my first time with clover, I was using #####/##### before, but somehow it's not working anymore, so I switched to clover (v2.3k r3168), and I must say it's a bit complicated for me. Yeah... It is bit complicated but useful bootloader.. That will not work. After copying the kext you should have to change it's chmod to 755 and chown to root:wheel. In simple way you can use Kext Utility/Kext Wizard. my graphic card is only providing 1920*1080 when I was expecting 4K, nvidia drivers are installed, but my monitor won't allow anything beyond 1080p (the cable is HDMI 2.0 so it should be ok) so basically, it's not working, and I really don't know what to do I read so many different things here and there, sometimes for older versions of OSX, so I would appreciate some help.
