Pasarel Posted January 17, 2015 Share Posted January 17, 2015 Hello, My current hardware configuration is:ASRock P45R2000 Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 I would like to update to:Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 AMD FX8350 However, I have some concerns regarding the new hardware's compatibility with Hackintosh. More specifically, I am unsure whether there will be kernel patches for AMD support in the new Yosemite. Secondly, I would like to buy a graphics card for the new build for about $100. I am not a gamer, so stability is my main concern. I have been looking at the Radeon 7970 series, but I understand they are not 100% compatible. You are welcome to share your thoughts on how I can improve my hardware specifications.
