Before I do, would anyone know if Toshiba laptops can run Yosemite? Yosemite confuses me. My Dell desktop runs Mavericks as good as my brother's MacBook Pro; but when I tried for two days to install Yosemite on it, I couldn't get the installer to start. If you can't get the installer to boot, what did you try to do? What are the specs of the laptop? What is the way you acquired OSX?
