Nvidia Web Drivers - Won't Install- Clover -10.10.1

Hi Guys

 

Wonder if you can help me, I'm having difficulty installing Nvidia Web Drivers on Yosemitte 10.10.1. I get the following error "Mac OS X version 10.10.1 (14B25) is not supported with this package. Please see NVIDIA’s website for further driver information". I have recently formatted my computer but before I did I made a clone of the main hard drive (if I refer to Clone or the Clone drive this is what I referring to). The Clone drive is also on 10.10.1 has the Nvidia web drivers installed but if I open the installer that installed those exact drivers I receive the error "Mac OS X version 10.10.1 (14B25) is not supported with this package. Please see NVIDIA’s website for further driver information" which makes me think it's a issue with clover.

 

My system -

Asus P88z7-v lk

Gigabyte GTX 660

Intel i7 3770K

 

Any help / suggestions would be extremely appreciated.

Thank you for reply. I tried that this morning, I also tried copying all the NVIDIA kexts from my Clone drive and install them with kext utility. Both didn't work

Just to be clear, I have installed the following driver for 10.10.1 14B25 http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/80070/en-us with Smbios Mac Pro 3,1. The installer is able to run but when I reboot it says it's not compatible with my OS.

My Clover Configurator is broken so I do everything manually. I boot with nvda_drv=1, where would be the best place it insert -

I have just done that and I still get the "not compatible" error... It also disabled my second monitor, possibly due to no drivers. I even tried re installing the kexts from  my Clone drive.

The error I receive is -

 

"The Default OS X Graphics Driver is now being used because the NVIDIA Web Driver 343.01.02f01 is not compatible with you current OS. You will be notified when a new version of the NVIDIA Web Driver is available"

Try this: config.plist.zip

 

writes here: GTX 660 no injection http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/HCL_10.10.0#NVIDIA

So Nvidia: false

 

And install: NVIDIA CUDA http://www.nvidia.com/object/mac-driver-archive.html

UPDATE :

 

I've just installed the whole extensions folder from my Clone drive, still  not working. I also copied the config from the clone drive, No go!

UPDATE 2:

 

I have resorted to restoring from the Clone drive. After a bit of work the hack now has NVIDIA drivers and is running well. I'm not entirely sure as to why the drivers wouldn't install in fact I have no idea.
