I recently attempted an install on my Dell Latitude D830 with Snow Leopard 10.6.3 with amazing success.  I found the OSXlatitude website with the bootpacks and used the ##### to install that and the other kexts and bootloader.  Everything works really well except when I upgrade to 10.6.8.  At that point, I can barely get the system to boot, and if it does it freezes within 1-5 minutes randomly.  I've tried multiple times to upgrade before installing kexts and the bootloader as well and nothing works.  No matter what procedures I follow before the 10.6.8 update, it freezes.

I'd like to update so I can get the Mac store installed and also be able to update to newer versions of the OS.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?
