HawkesTFS Posted October 13, 2006 Share Posted October 13, 2006 This is a weird situation. I have just done a new install of jas 10.4.6 on a basic Dell Dimension 4550. The installation goes perfectly and runs perfectly. The only problem is that I can't connect to the internet. I know there isn't a problem with NIC because I can mount a RAID and browse the network. I can even ping www.google.co.uk and it will resolve the IP address and return pings. So technically it can see the internet and resolve names but I don't get any pages in Safari or application update. Has anyone else had this problem and solved it?
