Nvidia Gtx 460 10.9.0-10.9.2 Performance Issue

Hi all,

I just installed 10.9.0 to my amd pc ; nvidia gtx 460 , phenom II X4 955 Black Edition,Asus m4a87td/usb 3

Now i use full screen 1080p with two monitors but lack of performance. one week ago i tried to upgrade 10.9.2 to install nvidia web drivers but everytime crashed.

Another problem is my ram have 1333 mhz but maveriks see them 680 or smth. how can i change the correct mhz.

So is there a way to stay in 10.9.0 with full gpu performace. Is it must to upgrade 10.9.2, if it's how ?
