Problem with USB installation (missing in BIOS)

Yeah i can choose the boot order and i can also switch the first boot in the initial screen of the bios . The problem is that the bios reads every normal pendrive but when i prepare it for a USB (OS X) installation the boot doesn't find it, the pendrive like disappears. I thought that maybe the bios is not able to read the format of pendrive made in this way for the installation.

P.S.In the italian section a guy said that there should be an option in the bios to allow it to read pendrive with a OS installation but i didn't find it.

I never considered that things but i don't have uefi and secure boot choise in the boot menu. I searched on internet and it seems that it should be a "secure boot" option in the menu so i updated right now the bios but nothing, no option :(
