Tmarkr
After successfully loading SL 10.6.3, I've found that I don't have permission to edit anything to do some tweeking. I went to add some code to the boot list and found out that it won't save because I don't have permission. I did notice that there was no account login when i started up, like on my iMac. I've also found that I can't satrt up from the OS disc to fix the permssions. I know I put in a password during the initial setup and I've had to put a password in while using Kext Wizard. Is there a way to reset account permissions without using the OS disc or how do you restart from the disc.
