I recently installed a kext called BTFirmwareUploader. After that,  every time at login window I get distorted flickering screen, I have to turn the display off and then turn back on to make it work normal. How to deleter this {censored}? The author claims it upload the BT firmware. I think it overides a startup item, I need to restore it to normal. I installed version 2.5 and removed the kext, but the issue is still there. I think it is a script to make it start-up every boot.

The situation is just like below.

it looks like  your screen resolution is too high for the screen or a video frame buffer issue. it might have been triggered by a cache build when installing the kext

Can you test by installing this kext? Install and reboot, check what would happen,
