depeschie
Hi! After first ive forgot to install the JaS Patches with, now here is a new problem. I cannot uncheck AMD Patches and patches which i dont need. Ive an Dothan 1.6GHZ Pentium M Mobile so i only want to install the Inttel Patches. Otherwise i have a black screen and white stripes when Mac OS X is loading. But in the installer, I cant uncheck the Boxes with AMD Patches, they are selected and grey. Why is this??? Thanks for any help. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/29941-cannot-selectunselect-jas-patches-in-1047/ Share on other sites

Rammjet
Since you already installed 10.4.7 and the AMD patches were probably checked, when you try again, you are performing an Update, not a reinstall. You can't uncheck something that is already installed. You must go to Disk Utility and erase your partition and then install again, selecting the correct patches.
