Go here and get the USB driver for OSX: http://www.ralinktech.com/supp-1.htm BTW: 10.4.1 is old and busted. Apple changed OSX in a major way starting with 10.4.3. As a result, very few of the current OSX Intel apps will run on 10.4.1.
