SAM999
Recently installed Maverick 10.9 from USB created using latest Unibest. I had to use Chameleon Bootloader. Had to use "-x" bootflag to run installer correct. Install went perfect. Upon rebooting, I am presented with either this boot hang or a grey screen with spinning beach ball. If I boot into safe mode though, it runs perfectly (just without sound). I have attached a screenshot of the hang in verbose mode. If anyone has ANY ideas it would be very helpful. Would like to have full functionality! Thanks!! Ozzy Oz
Why don't you just try Niresh Mavericks 10.9 which will install and boot fine and from there just install 10.9.2 via download from App store and with Myhack or whatever custom install to USB you can do. I fixed this spinning beach ball of death issue before but I forgot how. Try booting with dart=0 -xcpm -gux_defer_usb2 and tell me if it works fine. Mikeszf
Are you only using -x? Now that I realise it looks like you could add npci=0x2000/0x3000 (I read somewhere the 0x3000 breaks the audio), that boot sequence looks like mine when I don't use it. I have a Radeon 6870
