sharky9
Hi everyone, I'm trying to get my laptop to enter sleep mode correctly, but I was curious how you can tell if your kext file for AppleCPU is patched or not? I'm running Niresh's 10.8.2... I've downloaded a couple of different patched files as well as a couple of different SleepEnabler kexts as well? Thanks! sharky9
Well don't everyone jump in at once lol. I installed SleepEnabler.kext tonight - instant kernel panic, deleted that file and won't be installing that anytime soon again. Darn, the sleep and power management is about the only configuration I have left to do on this machine. It sucks that closing the lid still keeps the machine on, all 'sleep' to this machine right now is, is to turn the screen white.
