Depends upon what options are available.

Click on the little arrow next to the patches category. Select Intel or AMD packages, not both. Select SSE2 or SSE3, not both, depending upon the capability of your processor. Select the Combo Update to get the latest version of OSX. Select other packages only if you are sure your computer can use them.

Just like you should have done in the initial installation.

Fire up Disk Utility.

On the left, select the OSX partition.

On the right, click the Erase tab.

Change the name to what you want the name of the partition to be

Make sure it is set to format as MacOS Extended Journaled

Click the Erase button

Quit Disk Utility.

You really shouldn't partition with any of the installer DVD's. You are running on a PC with BIOS that expects the partitions to conform to the PC partition scheme of MBR. None of the Disk Utility's on the installer DVD's can do that. Once you install, the installed Disk Utility can do it if you click the Option button in Partition, but it is a little late then.

You should partition your drive using a Windows/Linux disk/partition utility. You should create the partition for OSX as primary and, if possible, set its type to AF. Also set the OSX partition as "active". It doesn't hurt to format the partition as FAT32. Then you are ready to install.

There are an assortment of installation guides found on the board and here: http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.ph...allation_Guides

In Windows, download CPU-Z and run it to determine if SSE2 or SSE3.
