You won't get sound (Depending on the card it is, I believe) out of your Sound Blaster card. You will need the macvidia drivers (google that) for your nvidia card. If you have trouble with certain devices (HD's or DVD-ROM drives) then you might have to tweak a few things in the BIOS. Good luck!
