wojnest Posted January 12, 2014 Share Posted January 12, 2014 Hello, I bought EliteBook 8470w just beacuse it is only 14-inch notebook with such parameters but I hate Windows(even though I have used it since 1998). I tried(5 times) Windows 8.1 but each time has been a lot of problems, I thought about Linux but I have a lot of programs which requiring Windows or OS X. Specification: - Intel i7-3630QM - 500 GB HDD - 4GB DDR3 - UEFI - Bluetooth - Broadcom 20702 - WIFI - Intel Advanced-N 6200 - AMD FirePro M2000 - Synaptics touchpad and trackpoint - fingerprint reader - but it is no important - sound card - IDT High Definition Audio - USB 3.0 What do you think about compatibility with Maverics? pokenguyen Posted January 12, 2014 Share Posted January 12, 2014 Wifi won't work, need to replace with AR9280 card. Not sure about Graphics card, I'm using 8470p with HD4000.
