Jamie_t361
Hey guys - recently got round to installing OS X on my PC and it went pretty well - minus one rather large hiccup. See, the problem is that I can boot using Intel 4600, but when trying to boot from my 7950, I get a lovely error message full of garbled text before the chrimera bootloader. I've attached a picture of this. I've heard that modifying the BIOS settings to primarily use the integrated GPU fixes this, as OS X still uses the 7950. In my case however, this causes OS X to use the iGPU instead on the dGPU. what's even more weird, if I use the USB install drive to boot into OS X, it works even using the 7950. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/294753-amd-7950-woes/ Share on other sites
