Mac OS X SL or LION on Inspiron 1420

I have  Dell Inspiron 1420 laptop and i was wondering if any one can walk me through getting AT LEAST Snow Leopard installed on it. here are my specs

 

Intel Core 2 Duo @1.66GHz

Intel GMA965/GL960 Graphics @1280x800 native resolution

2GB DDR2 RAM @667MHz

Ricoh xD Card controller

Ricoh R5C592 MemoryStick Host Controller

Ricoh R5C822 SD/SDIO/MMC/MS/MSPro Host Adaptor

Ricoh R5C832 FireWire Controller

Broadcom NetLink BCM5906M Fast Eathernet Controller

Broadcom BCM 4312 LP-PHY Wireless Card (Broadcom STA Driver under Linux)

Sigma Tel Audio (STAC92xx based on Linux driver)

 

My model does not have a Webcam
