mihalis
The utility "SAGEM F@st 800 v4.0.3" asks for Encapsulation Method (something like PPPe/LLC and stuff...) but this is something that I don't know how to find. I don't have a manual of the modem. So I can't make my Mac OS X 10.4.7 recognize my Sagem ADSL USB modem...I will appreciate any help. Thank you in advance. wondergod
most dsl modems in the US use PPPoE or oA however its probably best advised to call your isp and just ask them...what its asking you is the type of authentication/encapsulation method which is determined by what your isp uses... or you could use google to search for your isp's authentication/encapsulation method... Guest bikedude880
Hey, I did a search for your modem and came up with a possible solution. http://lgsagem.free.fr/Telechargement/Driv...-v303d-INTL.dmg That's the software for Tiger. http://macosx.com/tech-support/mac-os-x-ti...odem/11451.html You will need to translate the next link from French in order to read it, but it is the install instructions for this device. http://lgsagem.free.fr/installation_fast800_macosx4.htm Hope this helps.
