Bradwyn
Hey Again I would just like to say hi again, I am new to this forum, just signed up the other day. In my intro post I talked about putting Mac on my laptop, anyways I had some hardware problems so I took a diffrent approach, i an currently istallin through vmware, everything is working pretty well so far, and its alot faster, now my curious question is once mac is installed, would it appear in the dual boot screen when i turn on my laptop, or will it only run through vmware. thanx in advance for your replys Brad
lord_muad_dib
well, if you installed macos on a physical partition then you just have to install acronis or do the chain0-entry-in-boot.ini way and you're officially dualboot-ready. if you've installed in a fake filesystem, you can use DD to copy it in an empty space in both situations, make sure you have the right kext for your mobo chipset, or you'll not be able to boot
