Mail in English (and not in the original language)

Hi, guys.

 

As I said on the title, after upgrading to 10.4.8 by using the JaS update, my "mail" has turned to English. Before that it was in Italian (as the rest of the system).

 

Does anybody know why?

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

 

Of course I could use Mail in English, but somehow I got used to the Italian version and I don't like having a system that is not "perfect", as it should be.
