MBR patch not working

Hi i'm trying to install mavericks on my mbr hdd(i have ML installed already so osx works) but it says it can t install and i have to format GPT,after I applied MBR patch http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/files/file/145-mavericks-mbr-patch.

I can see that the patch has this file System\Library\PrivateFrameworks\Install.framework\Frameworks\OSInstall.framework\Versions\A\OSInstall, but my mavericks usb drive has "Install" file in that folder.If i delete that and rename OSInstall to install i can t install mavericks because after i select the language the windows dissapear.

Anyone got this working?

I'm pretty sure the file in the official BaseSystem.dmg is called OSInstall and not just Install.

 

It works for me, I tested before uploading.

i just checked the installer app and it does have "Install"

The patch I posted is for use with the installation method of restoring BaseSystem.dmg and copying the Packages folder.

I was looking in the wrong directory, maybe adrian_dsl is too..

 

/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/Install.framework/Frameworks/OSInstall.framework/Versions/A/ does indeed have OSInstall
