GA-P67A-UD7-B3, Intel Xeon E3-1230V2, How to install 10.9?

Hello to all hackintosh experts,

 

I want to run Mavericks on the following system:

 

Board: Gigabye GA-P67A-UD7-B3 (newest BIOS version)

CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1230V2

Graphic: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 560 Ti 

 

Are my components suitable for this purpose?

 

What's the best way to install a reliable system that

 

- needs as few as possible kexts and other modifications

- utilizes the full potential of my hardware

 

I'm no specialist. 

But I'm technically skilled and ready to learn!!!

Please give something like a step-by-step guide!

 

I have experience in using Kakewalk and [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url]/[url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url].

But I'm not very satisfied with the results.
