How to have full resolution for HD4600

OSX can recognise it is HD4600, but still only have 1024x768 resolution.

Here is the display info grabbed from OSX. Is "No Kext Loaded" an issue?

Your VRAM only shows 64MB. That's the max resolution for that amount
