Kernel Panic when booting after installing 10.8.5 - please help!

I get a Kernel Panic when booting after installing 10.8.5 on my Hackintosh.

 

You can see it in the attached photo.

 

My Hardware:

Intel Xeon E3-1230V2

Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD7-B3

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 560 Ti

 

Updated via Combo Update from 10.8.4
