CPU Related Kernel Panic ML Installer USB

I am trying to install ML from a 8 GB usb drive that I have prepared with #####.

The system is a i7 2600k on a GA Z68MX-ud2h-b3, 32 Gb RAM Patriot 1600 CL9, Galaxy 480 GTX. The OS shall be installed to an empty Crucial SSD.

When I try to boot from the USB to start the installation, it seems loading all the necessary kexts, but then, when the screen refreshes to launch the GUI of the installation process, I get this:

panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff80002b7e95)

and then

can't perform kext scan: no kext summary

BSD process name corresponding to current thread: Unknown

I have tried to boot using cpus=1 or other flags, but everything ends with the same error.

Does anybody have a clue how to solve this?
