rjlatherow
Noob cred: I have been trying for 2 weeks now to get this thing working, have read everything I can, and I'm at my wits end. So far I have tried: 10.8.4, running beautifully (video notwithstanding) on vostro 200. Chameleon 2.2 GraphicsEnabler NVEnabler, NVEnabler64, NVInject EFI string in plist flashing new rom ala http://www.s155158671.websitehome.co.uk/nvidia512cardrom.html puting device id's in plist newer NVidia drivers putting device IDs in THOSE plists Every combination of the above. GraphicsEnabler and EFI strings identify it correctly, but no accel. NVEnabler has some probe fails, takes forever on DSMOS message, then goes to frozen login screen newer NVidia driver mostly hang at DSMOS, or give me frozen login screen What am I missing? Do I need an older chameleon? OSX sees the card accurately, but no love Thanks! I was so hoping to figure this out myself- -rj Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/290334-nvidia-7900gtx-tried-everything-no-qeaccel/ Share on other sites
Rampage Dev
Not supported in ML. 32 bit mode in Lion you may have luck with the card.
