Davinchy
I have been playing with xbench on my new system. I got a score of around 165 but should be even higher except my hard drive seems to be holding me back. It is a seagate 320gb perpindicular striping drive. It should be fast but it just isn't. it's scoring very low on xbench. heres the sheet. any help would be apreciated Davinchy__s_xbench1.zip Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/29033-low-xbench-random-write-score-help/ Share on other sites
zam
I have exactly the same "problem" with my new Seagate drive (7200.10 500GB). I just wonder if it might be just a bug in Xbench. The hard drive seems to run at reasonable speeds in real life situations... BTW, what are your other system specs? I'm running E6600 on an Asrock 945G board.
