2smoke
hi guys, if your cards only one resolution and no qe/ci, try this method. GE=yes in boot plist. AND edit com.apple.windowserver.plist in /library/prefernces then change forceoldstylememorymanagement=no to yes and restart.. enjoy.. ameris_cyning
I wonder if forceoldstylememorymanagement=yes could fix my {censored} graphics result. I have QE/CI with my 660GTX and yet I feel like I am using a GMA 4500 when it comes to graphics production. BTW windowserver.plist isnt in /Library/Preferences in Mavericks for a fresh install EDIT: It actually is. It didnt show up until I changed my resolution. Weird. DOUBLE EDIT: Made no difference Edited June 19, 2013 by q64ceo Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/289984-fix-nvida-qeci-problem/#findComment-1925646 Share on other sites
