Mountain Lion on Nettops

Hi all,

 

I'm planning to get a cheap nettop pc - would anyone know if any of these 2 would be a good candidate for Mountain Lion:

They both have a Celeron 887 processor with an intel HM70 Express chipset and HD 3000 VGA card.

Or any other systems for this price range you would recommend?
