mrbrightside23
Finally, I found a way to play sound through all my 5.1 speakers, without the need for MPlayer OSX Extended (which was mentioned in a previous post). This has been tested by me on: Songbird, QuickTime and iTunes and seems to work perfect. The tutorial is by the moderator, macgirl and can be found here You need two applications for this, one is SoundFlower, and the other is AU Lab (part of the Apple Developer Tools). It's really straightforward and it took me less that 10 minutes to get working, with the longest part being the XDev Tools installation. Try it out and see if it works for you. If you struggle post in the comments and I'll post a more detailed tutorial with the exact steps I took to get it working Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/289618-play-music-through-all-your-speakers/ Share on other sites
