XBMC (Xbox Media Center) Introduction

If anyone uses XBMC (Xbox Media Center) whether on Mac, XBOX or any other OS then you'll already know that this is the ultimate Media Center.

It is an extremely feature packed media player which supports far too many media formats to list. It looks great too, and you can customise it further using skins and plugins. It's a great way to manage and play all your media including music, movies and pictures.

 

I've been using it for a few years on my softmodded XBOX and have grown to love it. After successfully getting OSX working on my PC, I decided to try out XBMC for the Mac.

Firstly, I realised that it's far easier to use. Not surprising as you have a full keyboard and mouse to navigate rather than just an XBOX controller. It seems to work great for me with no problems.
