ChoperBoy Posted November 1, 2008 Share Posted November 1, 2008 Well I finally fixed my memory problem...... now it reports the memory and frequency although the serials and ID are the same at least it shows up. Which just happens to be way way better for me. I used this post http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...29930&st=40 which i happened to stumble across this evening it took about 20 minutes to perform and game me relief on a weeks long headache. Also earlier this week I had some success in speeding up my system as far as boot goes and some compatibility in getting USB compatibility working with this MOBO. Added some strings to the info.plist for USBEhci, replaced some kexts for USB and added motherboard controller addresses from system dump (IOReg) to let OS X see soime of my system periferals. All in all I couldnt explain half the stuff I have done because I have been applying 2 or 3 patches at a time but for those of you with similar setups I may just package some kexts for you and let you see if they make the same inprovements.
