I have the 1.1.2 version (would like to try 1.5 but it needs 10.4.8) which is patched for "no resolution and processor check" and I also chmod'ed it... it starts up fine giving me the welcome screen but when i try to import some images it crashes or is not responding anymore... someone else experiences this problems? my system: inspiron 6000 - X300 (1920x1200, QE,CI enabled) thanks for any help! Bruce Wang Posted October 3, 2006 Share Posted October 3, 2006 Mine is 1.1.2 got from Demonoid, work well after editing minimun RAM and resolution requirement in Plist. Although there is an error message about VGA card at startup, but run normally after pressing "OK". mr_christer Posted October 8, 2006 Author Share Posted October 8, 2006 really strange... i don't get final cut nor aperture working like i said i have ati x300 with callisto at 1920x1200 i thought this was the problem, so i deleted callisto booted at 1024x768 with ci qe supported! guess what... didn't work as well does anyone know why this is happening? ther must be a way to get these apps working! dvd studio 4.1 works flawlessly! Aperture would be awesome to check out now i got 1.5 (demonoid version) and it still crashes after welcome screen, saying "Aperture quits unexpectedly" i would be thankful for any help! thanks in advance!
