Ok. If you installed your system, you can put NullCPUPowerManagment into /Extra/Extensions. Afted load your system with flags -f -v.

You can use MacDrive or Paragon HFS+ to get acsses of mac's disk through the Windows

Looks like the "LAPIC" error that happens with some HP laptops. Search for a patched kernel for your OSX version (here or @osx86.net) or use Clover to boot, which does the patch on-the-fly by adding a key to the config.plist.

Clover may be a bit difficult for biginers. For those who never lauched mac os x. You should gain some experience for it.

Perhaps you should bring to form info.plist of VoodooHDA as mine has.

PS At present I use AppleHDA as sound is better and it gives HDMI-Audio. But it is hard enough to make working AppleHDA.

No driver, no wifi. And no one has written it.

For clean sound it's better to have speedstep and get rid of nullcpupowermanagement with the aim if fix at DSDT.

What processor do you have?

And find your model of codec at AIDA64. It's not hard.

I think this old kext won't work at ML.
