fpaliuc
Is it possible to install directly from Jas' DVD without having to use VMWare? I'm trying to install it on it's own HDD (single HDD inside the computer) Thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/28884-1047-install/ Share on other sites
Lumus
Hey Yes it is possible, but the stability depends on what system you're running it on. I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 with it installed on a second partition and it's running almost perfectly (I'm writing this reply using Firefox for Mac so ) I've had a few problems but I've been able to fix most of them. fpaliuc
Until now I used all versions up to 10.4.6. The last version I have is 10.4.7 but as an upgrade over 10.4.6 and it works well on an ASUS motherboard and an AMD 3200+ processor. I tried to install 10.4.7 directly from the Jas DVD but I get b85 error .... the computer freezes there Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/28884-1047-install/#findComment-198121 Share on other sites
