Finder borked after 10.4.7 install

Hi everybody.

I'm having a little problem with OSX after installing 10.4.7 JaS. Finder takes about 3-5 minutes to display the get info window on anything. And going to "About this Mac" on the apple menu crashes the GUI. These are both new issues following 10.4.7 install. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
