IRAA Posted May 4, 2013 Share Posted May 4, 2013 Hello community! I currently have an Alien ware m11x R1 dual booting OSX 10.7 and windows 8. Everything from the Macs side works perfect. But when I'm in windows i can't shut it down. When I try the computer logs me out and shuts the screen off but nothing else, kind of like a fail sleep attempt or something similar. But it will restart, so I have just been hitting the power button once it reaches the bios screen. Help? My windows updates are a problem as well, if i enable auto updates my computer will never start into windows again it just keeps trying to install the same update even after it fails to install. I think these problems are from my boot loader Darwin/ x86 boot v5.0.132 . chameleon v2.0-rcs r1002. Can anyone help? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
