Homebrew and Homebrew Gui

Hi i found this this app Homebrew (hb) which is a package manager for mac osx 10.5 and above click here. It looks liek a fairly good app. it has lots of applications you can install but it is a command line tool needing you to type in the commands to install the apps.

Here is what to do to install it

1. install xcode from the app store. (this contains the development libraries needed by Homebrew)

2. then in a terminal type $ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.github.c...xcl/homebrew/go)"

thats it you should now have hb installed. when installing you should read what it says and run any commands or install apps it says to. if you see warnings you can ignore them (these warnings are just are to help diagnose any problems in the future if you have any)

I also found a gui for hb click here it would be nice if it had a description of what each app was and does. but it makes installing the available apps easier.
