New Mac Wired Magazine Ad

There was this interesting fold-up Mac ad in my new October 2006 Wired magazine. After I peeled it off the boogery magazine sticky stuff, I l unfolded it and realized it was rather outdated.

It didnt even mention a 24" iMac or the iTunes movie downloads. With the imac, "the fun starts at just $1,299."


You have to remember that magazines have a lead time of several months usually, so this kind of thing is not unusual. The magazine you buy today was probably set in stone over a month ago, which means that if something changes in that month, you won't see it till at least the next issue.
