svizi
Hi, I just burned a jas 10.4.6 dvd and tried to install osx86 on the above laptop. Everything seems to work until the screen where the installastion has to find the hard drive where the os will be install. I now have on that pc xp and linux dual-booting. I haven't deleted those partitions nor the mbr. Should I? I am intrested in doing a clean install. Thanks in advance. Rammjet
b0 error means you need to set your OSX partition "active'. You can use a Windows or Linux disk/partition utility or follow this: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=22844 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/28615-osx86-on-sony-vaio-fs315s/#findComment-196091 Share on other sites
svizi
Ok everything works fine. I now have a dual boot OsX86 and Xp. I have some issues on osx86 but i believe i can fix them. Audio and wired network works fine without doing anything. It's gorgeous.
