mooncats Posted September 25, 2006 Share Posted September 25, 2006 Hello, After two days of hard work i finally manage to install a Tiger 10.4.6 on my PC. But now I'm having couple of troubles. The most important thing is i need to use my RME Fireface sound card, I've downloaded and installed drivers for it. But it seems that MacOSX just don't see the card! I can see the Firewire section in device list, but no audio devices available. In "PCI cards" section there's just one unknown record "pci104c,8025" and this is, obviously, what i need. It's just not recognized as sound card. I have plugged my Fireface using a "Firewire 400" jack, as instruction says. Should I try 800? If yes, then what kind and how many cables I need to use, they are of some strange look... I'll be glad to hear any helpful thing from you. Thanks for your time! P.S. I'm also having problem with my RADEON X700, it seems to be not fully supported. any workaround?
