Kervich Posted January 24, 2013 Share Posted January 24, 2013 I was interested to know if it can be installed natively or you have to patch the kernel G850 should work fine with 6-series chipset based motherboard and dedicated NVidia/ATI video card that is known to work fine with ML (G850 has onboard HD2500 IIRC, which is not supported in OS X). Not sure whether you will succeed with a board based on 7-series chipset - those are originally designed for IvyBridge CPUs, but some boards run fine with SandyBridge.
