Solved: If you're not able to see your partitions even when you're very sure its there..

Just wanted to share.

 

I had problems getting disk utility to detect my partitions and all it showed was my 60Gb hard disk. Knowing very well that i have 3 partitions-and much tinkering, I found that by disabling any HDD tampering/security features in the laptop BIOS will enable OSX installer to detect your partitions again.
