iATKOS S3 V2 Kernel Panic

Hello Guys I have a real big Problem with my HP Laptop I always get a kernel Panic when i boot the Pc with (cpus=1 busratio=20) but if i boot in safemode it works (cpus=1 busratio=20 -x) i attached the kernel panic image if someone could help me pls.



PC Specs

Hp Pavillion DV6-3141se


Intel i5-460M

500Gb HDD

4GB Ram

Ati Mobility Radeon HD 5650

ai tried the snow leopard retail disk and i couldnt even boot it went straight to kernel panic


i have figured out though that i can bot into safemode in my iatkos s3 v2


if someone could tell me why i get this kernel panic and how i can resolve it.


thanks in advance


Ps. please don't tell me that i should user retail disk

My Bios is so Far ok but the thing is the most features they have in the example bios doesnt exist in mine


I booted the pc and attached the KP


if i use you string

-f -v -x GraphicsEnabler=No npci=0x2000 busratio=20 it boots without problem but of course in savemode (it boots in savemode all the time)

i tried to boot with -s but i get kernel panic now abut my lan driver that i didnt even install so i cant do anything right now (i also tried to boot into -x didn't work also same KP about my lan driver) so basically i screwed up my install
