Hello everyone, I was hoping that I could have some help with an issue that I am currently facing. I have an IBM Thinkpad T43 Type 2678-A44 which I hace been trying to install Snow Leopard on for the past few days. I've found that people have done this on other T43s of a different type. I have successfully installed Jas AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1 on it but it will not boot. Instead, the computer will boot to a black cursor if no CD is in the drive. If I boot from the CD again without pressing a key to install, it displays:

System Config File "/com.apple.Boot.plist" not found

I have tried to manually mark the partition as active but to no avail. Any help that I could get would be greatly appreciated.

Boot with nawcoms mod cd and install the latest chameleon boot loader

Ok, I've booted Nawcom and I'm at the point with the telephone and boot media selection. How would I go about installing Chameleon from here?

Boot from the disc using -v. Once it's booted and you have set it up open safari and search for chameleon wizard and install from there

My HFS+ partition titled "hackbook" does not appear in the list, and selecting the CD causes a kernel panic. Also, by disk did you mean the Jas installer or Nawcom.
