not recognize sata

so , im doing a hackintosh and i cant make sata work , it simple wont recognize the hard drive and dvd drive .... the system works from a ata disk just fine , but now i am without dvd drive and i now if a use my sata harddrive it will be faster ..... help ?

 

 

i7 ( 1 generation ) 2,67 GHz

motherboard P6T ( non deluxe )

6 gb ram ddr3 1069MHz

Graphics card nvidia 7200gs 256mb ( do not work properly )

1 maxtor 40 gb ata hard drive

1 sansung sata 500gb hard drive ( dont work )

2 LG sata dvd writers ( dont work too )
